Funeralia: A leading manufacturer of tailored solutions for medical and pathology environments.

For over 50 years, we have been working hand-in-hand with our global clients to develop turnkey solutions for hospitals, university medical centers, medico-legal institutes, pathology laboratories, and funeral homes.

Our history can be traced back to 1937 when the company arose from the sale of funerary products. Since the foundation of Funeralia® GmbH in 1970, the company has specialised in the production and sale of medical-technical products.

For us, accompanying client projects from the initial concept to commissioning begins by understanding the needs of our customers. Our engineers develop tangible solutions from customer-specific requirements and work out their feasibility for technical implementation and manufacturing. Our products are designed according to state of the art technical knowledge from practical experience for practical use and are manufactured with great care and focus on functional details in our factory in Ehrenfriedersdorf, Germany. High-tech manufacturing technology as well as the expertise and many years of experience of our employees guarantee the highest quality for our products. Our factory is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. We consider it as a matter of course to provide our customers a complete service that goes beyond the design and manufacturing of our products. Our employees install all equipment on site, ready for operation and are your reliable contact for maintenance, service and inspection.

HYGECO

In 2008, Funeralia® GmbH became a subsidiary of Hygeco Group, which thus complements its long-standing experience in the funeral sector with a modern production facility and a competence centre in the medical field. The union of the two brands Hygeco and Funeralia® under the Hygeco Group creates valuable synergy and has offered clients in the funeral and medical sector complete integrated solutions ever since.
